The 2010 HTUF National Conference marks the tenth anniversary of our efforts to speed hybrid and advanced truck and bus commercialization.  It will bring together North America’s industry-leading truck and bus suppliers, OEM’s and end users in a unique setting and will provide an unprecedented opportunity to reach customers, industry leaders and position your company’s leadership. More than 600 attendees are expected including a record 200 fleet members, along with approximately 40 hybrid and high efficiency medium and heavy-duty vehicles on display or available to drive, together with the latest displays of technology, systems and components.

HTUF wants its partner organizations to share in this high-profile showcase of our joint accomplishments over the last 10 years!  Our goal is to form a partnership with sponsors/supporters to jointly make this HTUF National Conference the industry’s leading hybrid and high-efficiency medium- and heavy-duty vehicle event of all time.  Toward that goal, we want to work with leader-partners to help us bring even more fleet and other attendees to the conference and ride and drive.

ALL SPONSORSHIP LEVELS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS:

  • Logo on conference website, in all conference promotions, print and web/email marketing materials, displayed on screen during general session, select conference signage, resource book and conference proceedings.
  • Special mention during the conference.
  • Copy of the attendee list in advance of conference.

Vehicle Static Displays will be outdoors on Wednesday during the conference and during the 10th Year Anniversary Celebration Reception that evening. Vehicle displays are available exclusively to corporate sponsors only:

HTUF Tenth Anniversary Co-Hosts will have the unique distinction of receiving recognition and visibility on par with CALSTART and the US Army as the premier hosts of this nationally recognized event. As one of the highest levels of sponsorship, recognition will be extended to all facets of the conference from signage, speaking opportunities, priority placement of technology and vehicle displays, and preferred seating at meetings and the luncheon:
