Registration fee after August 20:
$250 (fleets & participants)* after August 20, 2007
$350 (non-fleet & non-participants) after August 20, 2007

*"Fleets" are those companies who purchase/lease and manage a fleet of trucks/vans/heavy duty vehicles.

“Non-fleets and non-participants” include manufacturers, suppliers, research organizations, non-profit organizations, and government entities that are not directly involved in fleet management. If you have questions about your organizational status, please contact Richard Parish at rparish@calstart.org or 303.825.7550.

Transportation from the airport:
The Downtown Airporter is the least expensive transportation between the downtown Seattle hotels and the Seattle-Tacoma (SeaTac) International Airport. Downtown Airporter prices start at $10.25 one way as compared with shuttle vans from $27 one way, town cars from $30 one way and taxi cabs from $35 one way. Shuttle Bus Schedule for HTUF event:

Thursday, September 20th

Morning Schedule:

7:00 am – 8:30 am      Shuttle buses will operate a rotating schedule from the
                                    Renaissance Hotel to Qwest Field.  Load on
                                    6th Avenue at Hotel.

Evening Schedule

6:00 pm – 6:30 pm     Shuttle buses transport to Networking Dinner
                                   directly from Qwest Field.  Load at VIP Entrance,
                                   NW Corner of the Stadium, North Entrance to the
                                   Building – rotating schedule
                                  
8:30 pm – 9:30 pm     Buses returning to Qwest Field and Renaissance
                                    - rotating schedule.
 

Friday, September 21st

8:30 am – 8:50 am         ALL:  Board shuttle buses from Renaissance Hotel
                                       to Ride & Drive at Qwest Field – rotating schedule

11:30 am                        Shuttles will begin leaving for Renaissance Hotel
                                       every 20 minutes starting at 11:30 am. Last shuttle
                                       departs at 1:00 pm


Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by Monday, September 3, 2007 and are subject to a $50 administrative handling fee. We regret we cannot process cancellations after that date. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds. Not appearing at the conference is cancellation by default and no refunds will be allowed. No exceptions.
