Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by February 3, 2006 and are subject to a $50 handling fee. No exceptions. We regret we cannot process cancellations after that date. Allow 4-6 weeks for refunds. Not appearing at the conference is cancellation by default and no refunds will be allowed. No exceptions. For questions, please call 626/744-5600.
