Alternative & Renewable Fuel & Vehicle Tech Program, Employment Training Panel by Robert Meyer. Provides an overview of the Employment Training Panel's Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program and outlines how CALSTART's California members can best utilize funding from California's premier economic development resource. The Employment Training Panel (ETP), in partnership with the California Energy Commission, has over $6M in funding available for design, engineering and manufacturing companies working to support the development and deployment of non-petroleum-based vehicle fuels, PHEV and EV vehicles, components and infrastructure in California. These funds are intended to upgrade the job skills of incumbent and newly hired workers in California. This CALSTART webinar was open to the public and broadcast on August 3, 2010.
