Green Truck Summit Hotel Information
The NTEA has secured specially-discounted rates at various hotels near America's Center. See the link to hotels and prices below. To take advantage of these rates, make sure to book your reservation by February 2nd, 2010. Though reservations can be booked after this date through February 23rd, 2010 via the St. Louis CVC Housing Bureau, we cannot guarantee discounted rates and availability at the contracted hotels. Reservations may be changed or cancelled through the Housing Bureau until Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010 (4pm CST)

All hotel reservations must be made directly with The Work Truck Show® and NTEA Convention Housing Bureau in one of the following ways:

Please be aware of the following conditions:
• A limited number of rooms are available.
• Rooms are available on a first-come basis.
• Reservations must be made by Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010 to receive the discounted rates
• A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax per room reserved is required to hold each reservation. This amount may be applied to the first night’s stay.
• A $25 cancellation fee will be charged at anytime for reservations made with a check deposit.
• A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for all room reservations canceled on or after Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010.
• Reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date forfeit full deposit.
• Requests for twenty (20) rooms or more require special deposit and cancellation rules. Inquiries related to these requests can be addressed to the Work Truck Show and NTEA Convention Housing Bureau by calling 1-888-882-5202 or e-mail housing@explorestlouis.com for specific details.
