President and CEO John Boesel will speak at the 2015 Silicon Valley Energy and Sustainability Summit on a panel focused on the topic of achieving California Governor Jerry Brown's proposed 50% reduction in petroleum use, and the role of medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. President and CEO John Boesel will speak at the EVs and the Grid Summit in Los Angeles, CA on July 9. His panel's topic is Establishing EV Charging Infrastructure for Commercial and Public Sites. Senior VP Bill Van Amburg is also moderating a panel, Moving Beyond Cars—Electrification of Heavy Vehicles and Public Transportation on July 9. Program Manager Steve Sokolsky presented on making the business case for NG vehicles at the Southern California Natural Gas Trucking Fleet Workshop held by SoCal Gas at the Riverside Convention Center in Riverside, CA. SoCal Gas is offering multiple workshops related to trucking, including events that focus on funding, loans, and fleets.

Project Manager Andrew Papson spoke at the unveiling of the new California Energy Commission-funded fuel cell bus at UC Irvine. Built by ElDorado with Ballard and BAE technology, the newest addition to the "Anteater Express" is the first zero-emission vehicle in UCI's fleet and will be refueled on-site at UCI's hydrogen station at the University's Advanced Power and Energy Program.
