PLUG-IN TRUCK TASK FORCE UPDATE
After a long pause, the Plug-in Truck Task Force will be meeting at the HTUF 2009 National Conference in Atlanta. The interest in plug-in trucks has never been higher. However, getting plug-in trucks on the road has been challenging.  The group will examine the following topics:
•    Why commercial plug-in vehicles
•    Main platforms of interest
•    Plug-drive lines vs idle reduction designs
•    Making the business case
•    Current barriers to market
This group is open to all users with interest in plug-in hybrid or all electric trucks.
