What was MyGo-Pasadena?
My-Go-Pasadena was a program that provided rebates to transit commuters to purchase a two-wheel electric vehicle from one of several participating dealers in the Pasadena area. The goal of the program was to demonstrate the value of these electric vehicles as new transportation options to connect to Metro Gold Line transit stations in lieu of the single occupancy automobile. The program was generously funded by the Los Angeles M.T.A., the City of Pasadena, Pasadena Water and Power, and the Federal Transit Administration. MyGo-Pasadena was a project of CALSTART, a non-profit advanced transportation organization based in Pasadena.
