CALSTART-supported policy: AB 1500 (Lieu)

AB 1500 Support Letter
In a letter addressed to Honorable Ted Lieu, California State Assemblymember dated July 17, 2009,  CALSTART supports AB 1500 (Lieu), a bill to extend until 2014 the sunset date for use of  (HOV) lanes by single-occupant alternative fuel vehicles that meet required state and federal emission standards. The current current decal program is set to expire on January 1, 2011.

Comments on California’s Proposed Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS)
CALSTART provided official comments and recommendations to the California Air Resources Board on the State’s proposed Low Carbon Fuel Standard regulation.

AB 118 Investment Plan

Comments on the California Energy Commission’s AB 118 Investment Plan
In January 2009, CALSTART submitted comments to California Energy Commission staff regarding the staff’s draft investment plan for the Alternative and Renewable Fuels and Vehicle Technology Program created by AB 118.
