Dear Members:

We’ve been busy making some membership program changes that we hope will both assist and delight you. Here’s a quick rundown.

Online renewals
Many of you expressed a desire to be able to go online and renew your membership with a credit card. We now have the capability to do that. You don’t need to do anything until you receive your renewal email. When you are ready to renew, click on the link below, start filling in a few basic fields,  and then it will pre-populate with your complete contact information. In addition to making a payment online, at any time you can log in and update information including everything from changing your point of contact to adding more people from your company who should be included on our mailing list. People new to CALSTART will be able to join online as well. You spoke, we listened, and we invite you to take a look at this new offering.  

Member Directory Access
All CALSTART member companies are listed in our online Member Directory. When you go there, you’ll see your logo and a link to your website. To get complete contact information for member companies and their points of contact, you can log in to the site, click on “Directories” on the top right, then click on “Member Directory.” If you, or others from your company need a new password, contact Brenda Valdivia at bvaldivia@calstart.org

Two New Member Services
And finally, please note information in this newsletter about two new member services that are up and running.  The Fleet Action for Clean Transportation (FACT) brings together fleet members to facilitate a conversation about fleet needs in order to grow advanced clean energy vehicle technology vehicle volumes. The Voice of the Customer meeting on May 4 was the first official FACT meeting for all members. Members only get access to the summary and attendee list. And make sure to read about the new Leadership Circle for Full Service members that will meet for the first time June 15th .
