"Target 2030: Solutions to Secure California's Transportation Energy and Climate Future"
Target 2030 gathered industry, government, and NGO leaders to identify and develop solutions to solve California's major transportation-related climate, energy security, and air pollution challenges. Key focus was on policies, fuels, vehicles, transit, and land-use, aimed at stimulating thinking and engaging policymakers on solutions that go beyond 2020 and will lead toward achievement of the longer-term 2050 goals established by the State of California. Target 2030 saw roughly 300 experts in attendance and a ride and drive.
